HRA

Hari Raya has not yet end, we are still continuing our visiting on every weekend. it seems that this year HRA was a rush for us. more houses to visit yet less time is left due to work and stuff.

Art & Craft

I explored 1 thing. Actually this was supposed to be my art and craft for last Tuesday & Wednesday. But it came out that I still don't know how to do it. Then I asked around, ask my partner, ask my Lao Shi. They tried but its not what I want. It looks somehow the same but it turned out to be a changed art and craft. :(


At the very last minute to actually YouTube what was in my head, my colleagues decided to help and these was what they came out with, which eventually made the children happy.

 

Art & Craft - Pom Pom
Using coloured yarn, scissors, a popsicle stick and a 2 pieces circle cardboards

 

Few days past and I am still not happy, because that wasn't what I intended to do.

SO this was what I did after work that day, I went to YouTube to find out how the make the pom-pom out of the yarn.

Busy busy

Welcome Back...
Its been awhile,was too busy cleaning my house preparing for our Hari Raya.

Talking about cleaning up, there are bunches of rubbish thrown during the spring cleaning and I always wonder, why is it that, only during this period that we will really clean our house, sparkling clean.

HAHA!!

Really, later if its over, we will start buying things to fill up the space we have at home. Must stop and prevent from buying unnecessary stuff. when cleaning up the house on last Friday, I was telling myself, I should have bought a 1 room flat instead. But well, everyone says that when it comes to major cleaning.

But if I have to do so, where shall I keep all my things that I have been having all the while?
Where will my both grandmother be sleeping if I have bought a 1 room flat.

Not logic.
Lets live in reality now.

To have a change and not to really use up the energy of our body especially nearing our festival, I shall have the house to be cleaned thoroughly on every alternate month.
We still have clothes to give away, due to the wieght gained that we were unable to wear most of our clothes. 

We will definitely need to give away most of our clothes to those who need it more. 
I am very sure that once I have clean everything there will be more space especially my store room!!

Ok, done blabbering about my overfed store room.

19th Ramadhan

Hello there,

Here's what I am going to try. 

Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Cookies. 

Prepared my dough and some dollops of Nutella.

Moving on to baking the biscuits tomorrow I guess!

Cereal Prawn for breaking fast today.

This year is our 2nd year celebrating Ramadhan at out new house. We have a beautiful family staying opposite us. There are 4 of them altogether. Eversince last year Ramadhan from day 1 - eve of HRA, she will cook and send to us food for breaking fast.

She has prepared 30 days menu throughout Ramadhan. She will come back at 4pm and start her cooking.  Everyday at 7pm without fail there will be someone ringing my doorbell and send us food. May Allah bless her. 

This was her menu today...

As an exchange, I have packed for her a container of Cereal Prawn for makcik and family. 

3rd Day Ramadhan

Oh no!!!

It wasn't easy to change the template. Spent days figuring it out.

I'm lost!

Used to do this 5-6 years ago when I was a teenager.

Not anymore now.

Must learn and continue learning.

Blogger's setting seems to be different as compared what I used to see it.

It was much easier to edit the templates and all. Now its so difficult, and seeing those codes

1st Day of Ramadhan (Fasting Month)

Hi there!
I was a little bit busy with work and stuff so the post got delayed. It has come to the end of the weekend, oh how I wish weekends are longer. LOL! well, great news is, 1st day of fasting was successful. hope we can face this holy month smoothly till the end. :)

Tomorrow the licensing officer is coming to do their checking, hope all is going to be well and we shall get our 2 years license.
